About Me
With over 10 years experience of working within the third sector, Natalie has networked, supported and advised several different charities and NGOs. Her work spans advisory and supportive positions with local, national and international organisations that aim to create a more inclusive and cohesive society. In 2012, Natalie was chosen to represent the UK on an International Study Visit to Dhaka and Sylhet in Bangladesh as part of the British Council Active Citizens programme, to share ideas with international delegates on how to create a positive impact within the local community.
Over time, Natalie has built a strong, wide and reliable network of professionals in the sector, as well as government ministers and MP’s, where she has access to various social development demands that charities and NGOs may require. Natalie is part of the Young Londoners Participation Network where social issues and solutions are discussed; it is an opportunity to explore ways of overcoming the social problems that endure.
Natalie frequents the Houses of Parliament, where she attends several different meetings throughout the year to discuss topics related to social and youth development.
In her former position as a Trustee at the National Council for Voluntary Youth Services (NCVYS), Natalie has influenced youth-based organisations, ensured the continuation and elevation of positive social change and had the opportunity to suggest innovative ideas that will sustain and develop local and national non-profit and youth organisations.
