MEDICAL OUTREACH PROGRAM
HIV/AIDS is the news everyday as families are affected and loved once die and leave their kids. Who knows if they are Positive or negative, unless they are tested. In Sub-Sahara is found the greatest number of HIV/AIDS population. It is time we put much emphasis on Prevention methods and look for ways to protect the generation to come. Our community leaders need to be ready to take the lead so as to better improve on their community.
As a result of this we have in other countries, Malaria which is the order of the day, many are dying each second, if nothing is done, we may lose a good number of young people with great potentials. Blindness and cholera has been eradicated in some areas but still needs much work in some areas where medical facilities are lacking or not functional at all.
Many African countries need more than enough medical facilities and well trained medical personnel and staff to take care of the community.
In many villages, delivery facilities are lacking, making it difficult for women to give birth as they have to move kilometers away in order to have medical attendance. Most of them don’t make it because trauma and blood shortage, no immediate transport facilities and lack of good roads to link up the villages and the towns.
SRFI Medical outreach team has come to bridge the gap for the community by:
- Free medical care to the whole community
- Developing and Improving on Community Health Centers
- Youth sexual program
- Reproductive health
- HIV/AIDS and other related diseases
- Mobile clinic to other communities
- Mobilizing community leaders for a training program that will benefit the community
- Malaria projects in malaria endemic countries.
- Improving on road facilities
- Train nurses and local nursing caregivers in the communities
- Improve on the local pharmacy and basic medical drugs
- Provide emergency program and save delivery programs
- Provide medical care to those who cannot afford it
- Build and provide affordable medical care centers to meet the needs of the community
1- WATSON, AGRICULTURE AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
Look on sanitation issues on latrines, water and community hygienic situations, including other health related issues. Train the community on common diseases and how to eradicate them.
- Africa continues to be behind the place of lack of food: educational opportunities couple with mass exodus to the cities have made local communities to lose their talented youth groups since are gone to better their lives. In this not all do succeed, because many turn to fall in the wrong hands and turn on drug dealings because of failure and are not ready to face their family back home with nothing. Because of this many lose their lives and turn to groups that cannot help them. This has course dilemma in families and the poor communities.
- Many are testy for SPIRTUAL, SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC growth, SRFI in with it collaboration with the Church the rural development program has come to improve the Spiritual, Physical, Emotional and economical needs of families by implementing:
- Providing well trained agriculture technicians that will teach the youths and elders to know how to use their God given hands and talents.
- Teach basic farming skills
- Provide farming tools
- Great farming groups to easy community farming methods
- Provide short team loans to farmers
- Provide employment

- Identify potential customers
- Do follow up
