Sprout Self is a 100% self-directed learning experience for young changemakers who want to create their own futures and balance personal social values with career ambition.  That means, you are the driver of this learning and will use your own self-management skills to budget time, energy and effort toward Sprout Self.

This program is based on a highly individualized approach based on the principles of Leading Self, Leading Others and Leading Community to help young people build the 26 essential skills and competencies in themselves in order to produce a positive impact in the world.

Over the course of this pilot, all learning will take place in this customized platform developed by TakingITGlobal.  The platform is asynchronous and is accessible to you 24/7 to review content and download activities.
